Do Clothes Make The Person? Essay

In some cases, Clothes do matter. But sometimes people are stereo-type. Like if you see somebody with a plaid shirt with ragged jeans and big steel toe boots. You probably think the person is a red neck. Which sometimes is wrong. But on the the other side if you see a poor person you’ll see them wearing, Whatever they can get.

Some people use their clothes to show who they are. That’s what I mainly do. Or wear clothes of a hobby or something. Like baseball. People shouldn’t really care about clothes. But, I don’t blame society today. With all these “Cool” hip hop stars wearing pants down to they’re ankles and the most expensive shirt they didn’t really need. Top that off with fifty gold chains around they’re neck and a thousand dollar Nike shoes. I don’t buy into this stuff. Or they’re bad music. Popular clothes are like a cycle. Taylor Swift shoots a commercial for Walmart brand clothes. (Which would never happen) Everyone buys that type of clothes, Then there you go. You’ve just made Taylor Swift richer. But the worse thing is the fact that Twilight is the popular thing. So everybody is buying those clothes. Which is bad because Twilight is not a good movie. So if your one of those “Buy what the cool kids wear” your brain washed. But that doesn’t annoy me so much. What does is when kids try to be cool and wear they’re hat sideways with a skateboarding shirt. (Which they don’t even skateboard) and etc. That bugs me. Especially in Maine! A solution? I have no clue. We can’t take away the “cool” musical talent of today. Because then the people would go crazy. Everyone should not buy anything or not do anything involving Taylor Swift, Twilight, Miley Cyrus and any of them. But that won’t happen because nobody could live without them. Good job entertainment. You have ruined people.
